Have been shopping at James Avery for decades. I started buying my mother and wife(then girlfriend) jewelry from there, bought my wedding band from there and continue to buy my wife's jewelry from there and am going there to buy my daughter her first piece of jewelry. I've never had problems with the quality, the staff has always been helpful. I can't really complain. I love the place.
Greate service my wife hD a charm added to her bracelet and they cleaned it and some pendants for her.

I ordered a couple pairs of gold Texas stud earrings. When I received them in the mail the quality was subpar. I used to sell jewelry and was quite shocked when I got them. Very poor craftsmanship and quality. Certainly not worh the inflated price they charge for only 14k gold and the lack of quality.
This company has the best silver jewelry. It's sturdy and beautiful. Everything I have ever bought here has been perfection.
