We got our three-month-old daughter’s ears pierced here and they did a wonderful job. Julie explained everything and was so kind, patient, friendly, and professional. We are very happy with the whole experience!

First, I tried calling & someone picked up the phone then hung up (I should of known then it maybe a problem). I called back about 5 minutes later & scheduled an appointment to have my baby girl ears pierced.nWhen we arrived the ladies at the counter were pleasant. When the lady did my baby's right ear I heard a weird click & my baby began to cry.nAbout 30 minutes later I could tell my baby leaning her head toward that right ear as if she doesn't want me to touch it. Fast forward to about 4 hours later, the earring fell out. She was not pulling on it or touching it either.nIt was a bad experience & my baby is still leaning her head towards the right. I monitor her constantly because I'm worried she in pain.nI would not recommend this place for babies piercing. I was surprised about my bad experience because of the positive reviews. The young lady that pierced my baby ears did not do a great job. I will not be going back.

Horrible experience, we placed an order a week ago with them, we were told we can pick it up within 24 hours, a week later no order, customer service is horrible, and I had to wait on hold for a long time before i can get my money back. Never again!
