One ear piercing was higher than the other ear. Girl had shaky hands. Only one person working the entire store, including doing the piercings, and it took forever. Store too crowded. The girl working there didn’t communicate with us at all. I recommend Piercing Pagoda, by the food court.

Busy store. Limiting number of people inside. Prices kind of high for what you're getting, but my daughter loves their stuff.

My ear piercing is slanted!nnI got a lobe piercing in both ears and I cleaned the right ear and put the earring back in but when it came to the left ear I realized the piercing was slanted. I spent more than an hour trying to get the earring back in but I could not because the piercing was slanted! I paid almost $70 to get a LOBE piercing! Do not go to this store to get your piercings done.

Return was painless, the store is very crowded and stuff everywhere but seems organized.
