I don’t understand why people who don’t like dealing with people work in customer service. Between the manager Josh and some other employee I have never experienced As much attitude as I got trying to make an exchange. Especially during this time, when the fitting rooms aren’t even open, obviously people are going to be returning and exchanging items. If you don’t like it please leave your job we don’t want to deal with it. It’s already stressful enough with everything that’s going on but on top of it you have to have a snappy attitude, for no reason.

Forever 21 had a large selection of winter items and gifts for the holidays. The store was clean and the staff was courteous. I was pleased with my shopping experience at this location.

Good collection of women's clothing and jewelry. Disappointed that for gents the option is limited. Store is very clean.

Big store that always has a clearance section that is very well organized every time I go to that corner of markdowns. Color coordinated and the aisles are clear to walk through.
