I went to White House Black Market on May 19, 2018 to look for a dress I saw in the window. While browsing around, I overheard two of the employees talking and heard the following: “She looks too young to be in here.” I am a young female, the sentence was spoken in present tense, and there were only two customers, including myself, in the store. I’m not sure if they were talking about myself or some one else, but regardless, it isn’t right or decent to hear something like that from employees while shopping. I feel insulted and don’t want to ever shop at White House Black Market ever again.nIt gets worse, because they aren’t even open today! It’s May 20 and it’s now 1:15pm and they are not open and no one is in the store. While passing by the store, a woman who looked worried was asking me why they weren’t open. I said I didn’t know and to call security. The mall stores are supposed to open at 12pm. They are losing customers with this sort of behaviour! It is unacceptable and some one needs to get a hold of their district manager or corporate and tell them that this is going on under their noses!

I have been a repeat customer of this White House Black Market for a couple of years. Reema is a sales associate at this store who has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. She is fun, trendy, patient and has caused me to spend way too much money in this store! I highly recommend this particular White House Black Market--due mostly to this sales associate :)
