The staff at this location is rude. Like without proper cause. The problem might be attributed to the fact that it's staffed by privileged young women that tend to have a superior manner. Maybe the owner at this location should hire a more diverse staff. Precisely why I shop online rather than in-store.

I absolutely love the customer service at this particular store. Usually the staff is vibrant helpful and knowledgeable about putting pieces together. The only downside is it's a frequently Shopped store and oftentimes pieces aren't there because they're already sold out. But the plus is if they already sold out their very helpful about helping you order things online and have them sent to the store or to your house for your charge.

Staff was great! Only complaint is that the plus size selection was very limited and the clearance was over in the dressing rooms. They did offer quite a bit of plus size clearance though!

Always finding something I didn’t know I needed here! From dress shirts to denim, Loft has good quality classics. as well as on trend fashion pieces.

This is NOT the Loft! It is a completely separate store called Loft Outlet. Much better bargains and sales to be found here. The place needs to be better ventilated as the fitting room is usually warm and smells bad. The fans are not helping.
