He’s a very professional and stellar sales associate that I have a pleasure to deal with.nnI inquired about a fine timepiece for my upcoming wedding day. Thought the result would be typical just like many Authorized Dealers I’ve visited. Jerome pulled through and blessed me with one even better and I’m grateful for that.nThis review is not just because of the item he sold me, Jerome’s professionalism and humor made it easy to have a chat and deal with. My wife and I have had excellent experiences working with Jerome and the rest of the staff at the Roswell location. They have a diverse selection of watches and jewelry and create a comfortable atmosphere for shopping. We will be life long customers and we appreciate Jerome’s help in finding the right watches and jewelry for our recent anniversary celebration. He is professional, fun to work with, and helped us pick the perfect items.

I went into Brown and Co. not knowing much of anything about buying a diamond engagement ring. I was promptly greeted by John who took the time to go over every detail of every question I had. When I made my purchase I felt very comfortable knowing I had made the right decision. I can not say enough about the people, or the quality of merchandise they have. Absolutely a great experience, and we will be back for our wedding bands.

Krista at Brown & Co. made me a beautiful custom diamond cross for my wife for Christmas, and it came out perfect! I gave them very little time to make it, but they came through in time for Santa. Everything exceeded expectations, including Krista's outstanding service. Highly recommend Brown & Co!

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!nThey are very rude and disrespectful and robbing folks. I took my gold bracelet into Brown & Co. to fix a broken link. They kept the bracelet for over few weeks and when I picked it up it broke again by the time I returned home. They would not give me back my money and I would not fix the bracelet. They did tell me that my bracelet was cheap and hollow and they can sell me a new bracelet. I have never been as insulted in my life. I would never go back to this place again. I hope anyone who reads this post don't waste your money and time with with this extremely bad business. I will be filing a BBB complaint today.
