This place is a scam! Don’t order from them ! You either don’t get your flowers or when you do get them days later they look like trash. I could have gotten better flowers from the grocery store. They have no customer service and do not respond to emails or phone calls. I don’t know how this is still even a business! Screw you Roswell Garden Flowers! I reported you to the Better Business Bureau!

This is place is a literal SCAM. I ordered a $150.00 bouquet a week before Valentines Day and they never showed up. I called my spouse and they stated “maybe they lost the order,” to which I replied, “maybe but they didn’t lose my money,”. Called them, and they never followed up or got back to me either. I had to call my bank today and file a claim and dispute it all because they practically robbed me. I could have dug up weeds from my lawn and had a better bouquet.

I ordered flowers online 10 days in advance of requested delivery, assuming they would be delivered during the daytime. By 8:30pm they had not arrived so I called and left a message at the florist requesting status and possible refund. At 11:15pm I got a text from an unknown number that flowers had been delivered.nThe recipient is a healthcare worker who was in bed to get the rest needed to provide essential healthcare, and was disrupted by a way too late delivery. If they had called me back - or even proactively called during the day - I would have accepted a daytime delivery for the next day.

They delivered flowers to the wrong address as the woman on the phone said to the driver “That’s not the description of the house, see what I have to deal with?!!”nnThey wanted to “upgrade” the flowers that were already at someone else’s house (questionable) and deliver them to the right place, however, they never did as the neighbor brought them instead.nnThey REFUSE to refund me and after 20 minutes of constant anger they hung up on me several times every time I called. They accused me of acting “fishy” like “some people” who like to be “dishonest” saying this was MY fault even though she admitted the description of the address was entirely wrong (it had for-sale sign in front where the correct house did not)nnA horrible company. The location I ordered from has since closed, as should the rest of them.

This place is a scam! DO NOT BUY. I bought an expensive arrangement that was never delivered, and now I can't get in touch with anyone to get my money back.
