I did have a very bad experience at this store. Someone name Steven told me you couldn't accept my return if I didn't buy it from this CVS store and I asked him since when did one have to return at the same store of purchase. He stated you can decided not to accept a return anytime. Its sad the way some people treated different from other people. We all have the same rights.

I went to return few items that I didn't want anymore and the manager questioned me why am I returning the items even thought I got receives to show him what I wanted to return. He then told me don't do that again because the BIG BOSS is giving them a hard time when customer return items now. He then told me he couldn't help me with couple other items because I bought them in a different location even thought it's the same big company. I never get that anywhere except for this location. Wouldn't recommend anyone coming here.

Large store, always stocked, always clean but unfortunately they close a bit early. It would be perfect as a 24 hour store like the Quincy one on Souther Artery. The staff always have a smile and will go out of their way to accommodate any needs you may have.

If your on Mass Health be very careful using this branch of CVS because they don't comply with the rules Mass Health has posted right on the checkout counter. I have been questioning using this corporation due many bad interactions that I've had dealing with employees at many different locations over the years. It was really questioned this week after seeing the role they played in the Opioid Epidemic now playing out in the news.nnThis latest interaction was my final dealing with them and their flaunting the fact they are to big to follow Mass Health policies or human decency putting profit over the health and wellbeing of the people who make them a billion $$$ corporation. I am grateful that my dealings with them are very minor and I can only pray for those people whose lives and families were destroyed by Big Pharma Companies. Hopefully the lawsuits against them will bring some sort of justice for those affected. I also hope Mass Health thinks twice about honoring their agreement with this district of CVS that doesn't comply with their rules.
