I've been here a handful of times and I think it's a good place. They're a large-ish company so go in expecting the typical up-sale options of insurance, etc. They do a fine job with the tires though, and they have a large stock of them at their warehouse, generally available within 24hrs. They make appointments and keep to reasonable time lines.nnIf you want new tires or other regular services, it's hard to go wrong. Reasonable prices on brand name tires and installations as well.
Brain and his team provided excellent customer service. I was really happy with the service. I will definitely recommend everyone to this location. Use Sullivan tires instead of town fair tires. Very professional. Will definitely recommend for commercial accounts.

They really came through on getting me a good deal and keeping me informed when they found something that needed to be corrected. Glad they caught it. They can get busy so be sure to build some time into your day or set up an appointment. Definitely recommend!
The guy Brian seemed nice enough. He called trying to sell me more than what I asked for though which is annoying. I ordered 2 tires and asked them to be put on the front. He tells me he can’t that he has to rotate the two from the back. I spoke with a mechanic friend of mine who I trust who says that makes no sense what so ever. Worse part of the whole experience is they charged me twice for the front end alignment and the install of the tires. If my wife didn’t question the price it would have gone unnoticed. They had to do two different refunds. They only realized the first double charge and we had to show them the second. My bill went from 710.00 to 460.00. Pretty large difference in my opinion.
