I needed to paint my car and I was not sure where to take it, I was afraid that it would not be well painted, one day I decided to take it to the Bay State Collision Center, when it was delivered to me I could not believe it the paint was perfect, I do not regret having taken it to this business, apart from the good attention they give you. They work is amazing, I would not hesitate one more time to go to this place. I loved their work, they deliver it to you on time and they are informing you of the process of your vehicle. My Audi A5 was damaged in a parking lot mishap (other guy's fault) and upon Audi Norwell's recommendation, I took my car to this auto body to have the repairs done. I am so glad I did! The damage to my car was repaired so beautifully that there is absolutely no trace of what happened, even in bright direct sunlight, which is hard to achieve with metallic paint.nOh, and did I mention they detailed the inside of my car before they returned it to me.?nTop quality work, utmost professionalism and wonderful customer service here. I feel very comfortable giving Ray and his team this 5-star rating!
So happy with the work BSCC did on my car. My car was ready earlier than I thought it would be, and the work was excellent. On top of that, they cleaned and washed my car, which was an incredible surprise. My car will never be this clean again, sadly, so I definitely appreciated that! Lastly, everyone was really nice, which was a plus. Highly recommend!
Ray Jr and his team are the best around. they are honest, do quick work and comes out perfect, i would not take my Audi anywhere else for body work. he kept me informed of the progress throughout the process. Car looks like just came out of the factory! thank you Ray!
Wow, what a professional and terrific team!
