My tire needed service and the manager, Tom Quinn was so helpful and knowledgeable about my tire issue. He went above and beyond to make sure my tire repair was complete and safe. I will recommend Town Fair Tires to all my friends and family.

I made a 4 tire change appointment on my 19 Toyota Tacoma online a week out at 1pm . Showed up a little before 1pm and they took it in a soon after. As curious as I am, I took a look at the shop in the back and the crew was putting in hard work as expected. Mr. Larry was friendly and helpful. I’ll go back to this shop for any tire service again. Thank you to the crew who changed my tires and aligned it.nnAlso, the price quoted online after a price match was the same when I showed up. No up selling on any parts or services from any employees. I wanted a all 4 alignment so I gave the go ahead on that for $60. A good deal and practice whenever swapping out an entire set of tires to a new one.nnUpdate: Dropped it to a 4/5 for a reason. It is the day after. All is still well with the vehicle. However... I inspect the wheels and photograph it before turning it over to a shop every time. I have noticed that on one wheel, there is a inch long deep scratch on the outer rim. I bit disappointed I’ve got to be honest. I have also noticed that on one of the Factory TPMS Valve stems have been replaced by a different one. The original must have broken during the install and mount. Would have liked to have been let known at the very least. TPMS still registers you the vehicles computer though which is good.

The customer service there is AMAZING.... They are friendly and helpful they always have a coupon for you and they are nice people. The wait is usually not to long but even better when you make an appointment I highly recommend the Braintree location and I will continue to do business with them anytime I need tires ud83dude00
