My tire had a screw in the tread by wasn't sure where to take it to be repaired until family said to go to Firestone. The one closest to me did not offer the service so I went to the one in Braintree. Not a very convenient location but was familiar with the area. Parking is tight and they were very busy. I made an appointment and was late but thankfully they took me in since it was still early in the day. They seemed to become busier at about 10am. It took about 1.5 hrs for them to finally get to my car but the environment was quiet and they seemed to be very orderly in serving their customers. It was as clean as an auto shop can be. I was not happy about one of the customer service reps not wearing a mask and one customer not wearing a mask. Everyone else, including me, had one on. They were polite and kept me informed. My tire was repaired well. Thanks guys!
Rick was good but rest of staff was subpar. Weren't notified of progress of vehicle. And didn't perform the courtesy front end check as asked. Definitely not satisfied with their customer service skills. With the exception being Rick.

They made a mistake and gave me summer tires instead of all season. I was upset that they requested to pay an extra $135 when my tires are under warranty..The issues was fixed with good customer service.. I would go back.. thank you.
Came to Firestone to save some money on an oil change via Car Advise. Had a 10am appointment and my car still isn't up on a lift yet nearly 45 minutes later. I'll spend the extra couple bucks to be in and out in 10 minutes with a vacuumed interior from Jiffy Lube next time.
