Russ and Alvin are two of the nicest guys you could ask for when working with an independent shop. They are the 'go-to' shop for my import because of their friendliness, knowledge, and professional standards. I first worked with them through another company and always said I'd be back if I had the right car to bring to them. I brought my 2008 BMW to Import Auto Werks, which was recommended by a good friend who has been going there for years. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and workmanship. They did a better job for less money than I had experienced with other dealerships. Their service was above and beyond the normal. For example, their manager, Alvin, arranged the car rental for my loaner car, but the rental service didn’t deliver. Alvin made alternate arrangements for Uber to transport me to the car rental company. I felt they took very good care of me.

Absolutely the best mechanics I have ever worked with. I have been bringing my cars to them for over 10 years. Now my mom, brother, kids and friends all use them. They are friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable and always so accommodating. 5 star service.

I went to IMport auto werks for oil change, replace parking light and brake fluid flush...their work is excellent and price is reasonable. highly recommended.
