Philip, Justin and crew just finished updating our kitchen and desk area lighting with LED cans and under-the-cabinet lighting. Our kitchen does not have access to the ceiling from above, so we needed someone experienced in this situation. We had several electricians come out for estimates and explain their approach. ELS was confident in how they would complete the job and achieve our goal of more light. The team was on time to start work, polite, covered the work area to protect floors and reduce mess, minimal ceiling damage, and cleaned-up their mess. Their pricing was reasonable and we will use them in the future, for our lighting needs.

Received a bid estimate from Phillip and signed off with him. When it came time to do the work he disappeared. I phoned a number of times. No return call. Nothing. Unresponsive and unprofessional .

I asked Phillip to come over and give a quote on some electrical issue in the kitchen.nHe e-mailed a Rough estimate not a detailed quote.nI reached out to Phillip by email hoping for a better break down.nHe refused .nMore importantly when I was ready to go ahead.nHe decided not to respond.nPoor service, Poor estimates.nMy advice go with a different companynRegards,nTerry smith
