Trash definitely won’t visit again they don’t have much to offer. They don’t answer the phone . Ordered my boyfriend sneakers waited over a week to ship. When it finally arrived they shipped 9.5 and the 10.5 requested.nnWhen In store for the correct shoe the 10.5 they didn’t even have the shoes. Said they would refund we have yet to receive a refundnnI pray I don’t have to go back down to this store I won’t be as polite.nnNerver Again! Save your money and time
If you are looking for a art gallery luxurious feel this is the boutique to come to if your in Little Five Points! The staff here is very nice you are welcomed in with a burst of good vibes! They always keep the latest heat whether it’s clothing or shoes they have it!
Can’t support a store that does not help its customers. I am week late to simply exchange a shoe and no one was willing to help. I called to see if there could be an exception made as we have the receipt and the shoe is unworn. And after being put on a 5 second hold, the associate came back and said no. I understand store policy, as I am a manager myself. But the goal should always be to assist where you can, and I know an exception can always be made. We wanted to exchange, nothing more and the unwillingness to even give it a thought, shows how you feel about your customers. With Covid restrictions I would think that you would allow small exceptions here and there. With brick and motors closing left and right, I don’t understand why any business would not do what ever it takes to continue to grow loyal customers. Instead you rather lose them. It’s simply an exchange?

Wish is a terrible company. They have super low prices but high dollar shipping costs. I bought my sons Halloween costume through Wish and they said it would be shipped to a local cellular store because I wasn’t give the option of home delivery being that I wanted it fast tracked. They said 1-2 days which was awesome because everywhere else said November. This is why I went with Wish. After a few days had passed I inquired and they then said it would be November 25th before his costume would be here but that it was in transit from China!!! I am so mad. I then demanded that they refund my money and stop the delivery to which they declined but they did say they would have a customer service rep call me to re state this in 1-3 days. This company deceived me. I am very upset and here we are close to Halloween and my son is without the costume he wanted which hurts him and by default me! Terrible company!!
