Man walked into the women's restroom and used the stall next to me. I told the manager and pointed him out in the store and the manager just said what would you like me to do about it.
If I could give zero for the food side O would.nCustomer service at food court is horrible. She sees me there, but ignores me and when she decides to approach me, she is angry and quickly says I have to order from the screen and walks off. Now, I did look at the screen and did not see the item that was above on the menu. Had she actually taken the time to see whay I wanted that would have been the polite and profrssionsl way to help a customer. Short Totally unacceptable a d unnecessary. If you don't like your career choice, quit and don't take it out on paying customers.
A male Hispanic cashier was walking back to his register and while doing so he was trying to open up a package of eggs with his mouth. Instead of stepping away to go eat a snack he initially tried to take a customer with spit and germs on his fingertips. he ceased what he was about to do because I called attention to him and told him that he needed to wash his hands. Will never be coming here again. I told his coworker and she didn't seem to care. It's covid 19. This is gross.
The air pump is out of service at least 2 out of every 3 times I stop to try and use it, and it has been this way for at least 2 years. I've already contacted the corporate office in Lawrenceville about a year ago, but nothing has changed.
Was very disappointed to see numerous staff behind the register wearing masks *below their nose* or not at all. Ridiculous! I was wearing a mask to protect them. As their customer, I expected the same courtesy.
