I usually have a positive experience at Supercuts. But the person who served me most recently was arrogant. She was rude talking to the other employee while she hacked my hair off with scissors. She didn't even pin it up just cutting it off like a piece of paper. This style of cut could have been done by my husband. Supercuts prides itself on the methodology of the cut, and I have been satisfied with the results. Not this time. My hair was hacked off and it looks awful. The person who cut my hair did me a disservice. I need to get it cut again but clearly cannot go back to this place.
Had a great experience at Supercuts in Decatur today. I hadn't had a haircut in many months and it was getting critical that i do something about it. Tammie was fantastic. She offered several options and really made me comfortable with the choices. Either way I was in the best of hands. The cut was perfect. She took her time and made sure it was solid all the way around. I highly recommend Tammie and the stylists at Supercuts!
The stylist was friendly, courteous, and listened to what I wanted. She rocked!
Walked in and got a great cut and color with Tammy - she asked good questions to make sure we were on the same page before she started, and it looks great.
Came in with frizzy out of control hair and I just didn’t know what to do with it anymore. I dread haircuts but knew it was time. Kora checked me in and is so friendly and listened to my concerns. She recommended a keratin treatment and little did I know it was exactly what I needed! Tammy treated my hair and cut my ends and I’m impressed with how much length is left! Thank you so much!
