Buffalo Wild Wings

Worst Buffalo wild wings ever. Moved to this last year and excitedly went there the first week only to get the most disappointing experience. No one is serving, waited over one hour for food, which came up finally but cold, poorly managed, even the table we got was a dirty one. Then I decided to never come back, until just now I forgot the lesson learned a year ago and ordered online. It says the order will not be ready for over an hour! Immediately called to cancel but no one answered the first two calls. Called the third time and someone picked it up saying hello and then hung up. Called another three times and someone called and said can’t cancel but will find the manager to talk to me and put me on hold. Then I was put on hold forever. Night ruined. Never come to this place. Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain I love but this one, this is hurting the brand!

Update (11/23/20): To “owner”, I actually submitted a complaint through the Buffalo Wild Wings website link you have just replied with the same day the event happened and I wrote this review. How about you all reply since I did my job and you all can’t seem to do yours? Thanks.nn11/20/20nI decided to order food by calling this BWW because the app was saying my food wouldn’t be done until 3 hours later. When I called, I was very explicit and said I wanted 20 wings, 10 Buffalo dried and 10 another flavor. Just in case, I repeated this again. I then went on to say I wanted fried pickles and some side sauces and seasonings. Before I could even ask her to repeat the order to me, she told me the price and said it would be done in 20-25 minutes. I contemplated calling again to make sure everything was correct, because I just don’t trust people who rush you, but decided not to because you gotta have some faith.nnWhen I arrived, I walked straight to the order side, and an older lady whom is always there greeted me. I immediately told her my name and that I was there to pick up an order. She put my food down, and I held out my card. She then pointed to the card reader, and I began to pay. As it was loading, I took a look at the receipt and noticed that only the pickles and a 10 piece of wings was on it. I asked the lady why, and she said “that’s what you ordered”. I told her that I was quite explicit that I wanted 20 chicken, with 10 being one flavor and the other 10 being another flavor. She huffed and puffed, telling me she didn’t answer the phone and saying it was someone else’s fault. I told her that it doesn’t matter because my order is wrong. She then said they could make my food for me in 5 minutes or so but she’d call a manager.nnLong story short, they made me the food but it looked like it wasn’t even done. After I questioned her about it, she told me with the utmost disrespect that a manager will have to help me cause she can’t. She was just so rude but I paid her no mind. The manager was nice, and while I decided not to take the order because the food didn’t look cooked through, was rushed, and they tried to charge me for 2 10 pieces (which is more expensive than 1 20 piece), I gave this place two stars and got a refund.nnThis all happened November 20 around 2:37 pm. I thank the manager for being calm and collected and trying to remedy the situation. I don’t blame the cooks and I don’t blame the waitresses (because they have it hard as it is), but my frustrations are with the bad service from the two servers (Emily who took my order on the phone, and the older lady at the order pick up desk). You two need to take more care in what you’re doing and the older lady needs to calm down. We all make mistakes, but playing the blame game isn’t helpful. You work as a group and if anything happens, just be willing to remedy the situation. All that aggressive behavior from the older lady was uncalled for.

Good food great service

Mediocre service, decent food. It's pretty much what you expect from a sports pub in a mall staffed with teenagers and college students who simply don't care about the quality of service and customer needs. Often times the wait staff will rush and try their absolute hardest to get you out! Only saving grace is their massive screens, decent selection of food and drinks, and setting.

The food is terrible.nI will describe the nachos in detail.A half bag of chips with 2 ounces of cheese poured on top put into a pie box.It must have costs 50 cents for something I was charged 19.50.nSAVE YOUR MONEY
