Our experience was incredible. My daughter and her friend had just graduated high school so we went here for a family dinner to celebrate. From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Various members of the staff including the manager stopped by our table to offer congratulations. Our server Tommy was the MAN! My family can be a bit particular with their orders, but he was nothing but gracious. I mean absolutely excellent service, I was floored! (I'll ask for him next time). My meal was late coming out but I barely noticed because I was enjoying myself. They were kind enough to take it off the bill. They made an important day even more special. 5 stars! ☆☆☆☆☆
I come to this chili's all the time with my son. Always a great experience. When we come we always have Bryan as a waiter. He is great, very personable, making sure if we need anything else and always remembers his regular customers.
The southwest egg rolls are always my favorite.
It was as good as any other style chain restaurant. Pretty much same as their competitors. Food wise.nThe only downfall, was we didn't have an iPhone, so we couldn't order off the menu, they wanted us to order from
Love this place but the last two times I ordered. I asked for no sauce and they put it in there. I have an egg allergy so it's a big deal if they put it in because sometimes it's leaking out the container. I had to throw away half my fries because of that.
