I love it and I was able to get me a pair of boots in Wide for my birthday. They had a great sale as well & great customer service so I will be visiting this location again.
Nice store but hours posted are not what’s on the website. Several customers came to store in the cold just to be disappointed that they weren’t open as the times Google has listed. Someone should update the hours.
Very easy shopping, it wasn't too packed. The store practiced all COVID safety procedures. Prices weren't too high eithet
Clean and organized. Nice employees.
Bought a pair of shoes less than 24 hours ago, they were worn around the house for less than 20 minutes, before deciding they weren't going to work, since we bought a size larger than usual. Tried to return them around 19 hours later, and they refused to take them back, said we had to exchange them. Fine we picked up another similar shoe in the right size, it was $10 less than the first pair, manager refused to give the remaining money back, said we had to spend it all ($10 left) suggested we buy over priced socks. Only after we said we were just going to leave, then offered store credit, after the attitude from the manager, and the poor customer service, I'm said we've spent $200 in the last 2 months their, but they won't get another penny from us. Hope keeping that $10 was worth the loss of hundreds of dollars of future sales. Amazon can't kill this company fast enough.nnOh, and the coup de gras was while we were shopping they hovered around us like we were thieves the entire time. Keeping an eye on us like were were about to grab the shoes and run with our 8yo in tow. Pathetic excuse for a retailer.
