Best customer experience ever. Staff at this location will go out of their way to make sure they help you figure out your perfect size and fit, give you advice and make recommendations. I live in Woodstock and choose to make the trip down here just b/c they never disappoint.

I went in to pick up a cashmere sweater that I bought online. The staff brought my purchase right out and ask how I like it. The sweater is very nice and on sale to boot. It was opened to the public so I went browsing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I take a medium and slim fit otherwise the sleeves are too baggey. The staff showed me what they had that would fit. I found a sweater and shirt that looked good together. They were also on sale.
Amazing customer service. David was As proficient as he was both knowledgeable and affable. Looking forward to picking up my suit and enjoying the laid back but efficient demeanor and ambiance of the store
