Was excited to check out and buy the exos lite boots. Unfortunately, you can't be in their store unless you agree with their political statement of wearing a mask. Will be glad to purchase a different brand that doesn't require submission and virtue signaling to buy from them. Good luck selling boots to conservative blue collar workers, red wing.

Store closes at 7P. Employees closed the store 10min early by locking the front door, and left the open sign on. Do not recommend this store.
This store was very accommodating in finding the best work boots I’ve ever worn. From the fitting process to the leather conditioning, they made my experience feel very welcome and genuine. This on top of their sensitivity to the 2020 pandemic showed a true sense of professionalism.
very poor customer service. customer representative Miss Anna was careless about customers health in covid-19 restriction. her mask was below nose all time almost one hour when we was there. he aptitude also was not customer supportive.
