I’m giving five stars to the Store Manager Jose. Today he went above and beyond to assist me. He took extra time to make sure the shoe I wanted was in stock. I liked his friendly and professional demeanor. He was very helpful and answered my questions. I had a great experience at this location.
I originally purchased my shoes and the young lady at the front didnt seem to have put my email in correctly for my electronic receipt. Of course when I came back to exchange the size I was hoping I'd atleast be able to be found with my phone number but that of course was not possible. They didnt have the size I needed so when I asked for a refund they told me they couldnt give it to me because the shoes were worn .. they were never worn besides the person trying them on INSIDE the house once to see if they fit. They did nothing to resolve my problem even though the person helping me was the same person who rang me up only 2 weeks ago.
Go up the date on shoes and anything else the young people mite likeud83dudc4dud83dude04
