I was not impressed with the lady with the dreads.. I don't know if she is a manager or just an associate... But she needs to go to class somewhere to get some customer service skills... Did not speak, just walked passed my son and I and went to the guy that I was talking to about what kind of store this was because I have never been there nor have I ever heard of it before...I heard her ask him..what happened,and I'm sure he told her what I asked and you can hear her laughing very loud...so ignorant... I'm not a big mall shopper... I come every once in a while when my son wants to come.... However the guy at the door did greet us... He was very pleasent.... But she was horrible ... Will not be returning.
Ok selection! Great last minute prices! Would recommend
You can only get a store credit for returned items if it's not the location you purchased the items from..but you can spend the store credit at any location. That doesn't make sense..I wanted a refund cause they didn't have the shoe I wanted and the one's I purchased ended up being to small..
I love the greeting in and out just wish they had a larger selection of clothing
