today I went to the charlotte russe clothing store .. almost all the clothes were 50% off I took a pair of pants and a sweater when I got to the checkout .. the girl was charging me the amount that each garment costs I told her that I I took it where the sign that has a 50% discount is, she told me that the discount was already on the label, I did not like that they want to deceive people with their discount sign ... when they do not respect what they say
My best fiend and I were in the store for maybe 5 minutes when she was approached by the manager. The manager asked her where there glasses in her hand went, which were still in her hand. My friend showed her, I stated that it was rude to imply that we were shoplifting. She said she was the manager and she doesn't have to let an associate ring me out. Then she asked me to leave. She ruined our shopping and wasted my time. I had already picked out 2 pajama sets and a shirt, and was refused service for what? I didn't raise my voice or curse or anything. She was very rude, i won't be returning.

They have one of the best plus size jeans selection! Love the fit & different styles that are sold in the store! Wish they had more tops & dresses in-store but they ship pretty fast so that's good! I absolutely love one of the managers Kiana(sorry spelling) but she is the sweetest & is always very helpful & pleasant! Great sales!
Cute clothes. Sale going on. Great music. Inside of cumberland mall. Store is very small but to be expected being inside a mall
