I have been a customer with Aldo for several years and have spent hundreds of dollars with this company. The relationship with me and Aldo has ended today after the inability to rectify a situation that was THEIR FAULT! After waiting over a month for an online order I purchased I received the wrong item in the mail. Mistakes happens which is completely understandable, however, as a reputable company I expect for you guys to fix the situation and do so expeditiously, especially since I’ve already waited over a month to receive the wrong order! My only options were to pay for a new order and wait another month to receive it, or to go in store and trade it out it. I was down for going in store only to find that all stores are sold out of the bags and they actually have no handbags available right now. So pretty much either way I have no options and customer support does not seem to care at all! This is really upsetting that as a valued customer I was not offered any options. If you guys were not prepared to open back up you should’ve just stayed closed. It hurts for me to even have to write this review because you guys sell great quality bags, however your customer support sucks! Somebody should reach out to me now, because I’m not done!!!

Aldo online - They always let you place an order for out of stock items (by showing it as available), hold your money, later cancel the order and refund money after days!nThis store has been good and the associates are nice as well.
