Rep was extra nice but they did not have my size in the shoe I wanted... They ordered them but 5 days later and I still don't have them
Greeted at the door and asked if assistance was needed. Store was clean and organized.
Placed on order online to curbside pickup and received a confirmation email with instructions on how to call the store for curbside. When I arrived, I was told, by the manager, that curbside is “technically not available since our store is on the other side of the mall” but that’s doesn’t have anything to do with the fact that it’s offered via your website. I explained to her that I’m pregnant and literally can’t walk through the mall, she then says that I can wait an hour, for the mall to close, then they can bring it out as they’re walking to their car. I told her that I would NOT wait an hour for my order and she says “well give me your name and I can cancel your order.” What kind of customer service is this?!! At this point, I’d rather just cancel my whole order solely based on her attitude!
Attentive staff. Nice visit.
Social distancing was practiced. Directionals down the isles. Will definitely shop there again soon.
