The management team and maintenance team are awesome. I moved in a month ago and they have really taken care of me. I love my new home and the lakeside, Plantation Estates team. They are my new family.

My family and I live in Lakeside Community in Lithia Springs, GA. Neighborhood is clean. Maintenance team always helps me when i need anything. Fast and Reliable. Management is also very helpful with any questions i have. Props to manager, Magda S.! Keep up the good work! I look forward to being part of the community for many more years.
The home I visited was nice clean and up dated
I have lived here for 2+ years now and I don't plan on moving anytime soon. This is a very clean kept up mobile home park. And the staff in the office are awesome if you have a problem you just call and they resolve it immediately. And Magna is the best she treats her home renters/owners as if they were her own family. I would give 100 stars if I could.
