They have this big kid in there that talk forever, went in to order a large late, and it was only me and no one else, took them more then 5min to complete that drink, and all they do is talk about their other employees. 3 star because I'm not gonna let 1 kid ruined the entire store reputation.
July 10@2:35pm the lady making my sandwich use the spray bottle then walks over to the register grabs the tip jar walks over to start making sandwiche.i asked her if she's going to change her gloves she said she didn't touch anything which was a lie. I've worked in restaurants before your not suppose to touch anything when dealing with food especially with this pandemic.o asked for my money back . She needs proper training.
90% of the time the customer service is great. 100% of the time my coffee is awful. The food is great.
My favorite dunks. Latte is always delicious and they make it quicker than anywhere else.
Ok so I was going to go inside to order a coffee and I see a Dunkin’s employee come out the store with a coffee with no gloves mind you COVID and then he goes inside to attend costumers at the register and did not wash his hands. That is an OSHA violation right there. God only knows what goes on in that kitchen.
