Horrible costumer service. The stuff needs to be in other positions. Very very aggressive.nHonestly, they have the worst customer service I have seen ever. The self-checkout service or machine it doesn't work properly. And the stuff they are not happy to help you. I regrets to renew the membership with this s***** store.nMy review is very serious and I wish you be careful.

I’ve been a long time member of BJ’s and overall my experience has been positive,and would recommend the store for price savings and service. I did have one negative incident which was taken care of quickly. Customer service clerks are always knowledgeable and helpful, and cashiers are pleasant and respectful.

I came here for the first time last weekend (during the pandemic). They had cart wipes and hand sanitizer right up front as you walk in. I would recommend getting there fairly early if you're looking for meat and toilet paper. They do currently have a senior citizen's hour from 8-9AM. The store was well staffed and everything outside of toilet paper and meat was well stocked. From the looks of things, the store is doing everything it can to keep everybody safe. The staff was friendly despite having to put up with a couple unruly customers that were letting stress get the best of them. Glad I purchased the membership (got it for half price online).

I never shopped here before and thought I'd stop in and see what they're about. I had heard that they had previously given day passes for shoppers to see if they like the store before making an intelligent choice whether to join and pay the $50 membership fee. But when myswlf and my son walked in? We was told by a woman at the front of the store that they didn't have day passes and we needed to pay $50 just to check them out. I told the woman I'm not paying $50 to check them out. She said are you sure about thst? I said yes and started to walk out. As I walked out, the same woman yelled out again, Are you sure about that? Again I said yes.nnIt's simply bad buisness to not let someone check under the hood of a car before making an intelligent decision whether to buy or not to buy. In this case and under these circumstances? The choice was easy not to buy. I don't know who is running sales and marketing over there? But they should be fired if this is how they get new members.
