The cashier at the drive thru was very pleasant. She was wearing her gloves & mask. I commented on her mail polish. It looked like it was a glow in the dark yellowish green.

So this is the last time I order at this location. Every time I order a regular ice coffee, I get some nasty old tasting coffee. IDK if it the timing or these people don’t clean there ice coffee maker the right way. But the ice coffee here is disgusting. Tastes like burnt coffee from three days ago.

I ordered 12pc donuts today and 1 box of 6pc I got looked like a cut or something bit. I don't feel comfortable to share them with my friends, so I went back to change it. I placed more order of beverages. Unfortunately, I was told this is normal of donuts and they can't change it for me. I was insulted by all of them talking and laughters and that made me embarrassing. I felt so bad and I don’t want it anymore, so I asked them throw away. They gave the box back to me and said, “The trash can is outside, I cannot throw it out for you!!” Eventually, I got the beverages, but left the box of donuts there. This is how you guys treat the customers. If so, good luck with your business! Terrible service!! Very disappointed! I will NEVER go there again!

This shop is consistently out of the more popular donuts on free donut Friday every week by 2pm. I think most people would expect you to have them the whole day. I have notified the manager of this issue and his answer was that there was nothing he could do. Essentially, he told me ‘tough luck’.nMoney is not the issue. The issue is Honor. If you cannot keep your word then change the advertising to appropriately describe your offer.nnIn general, all other aspects of the service are very good although it never ceases to amaze me that employees have such difficulty learning the value of a simple ‘thank you’, if not genuinely meant, at least as a means of increasing tips.
