Alexa is an amazing physical therapist. Her knowledge and expertise is impressive and admirable. I came in for therapy when my back was in a lot of pain. I had been dealing with it for a month thinking it was a side effect of medication but didn’t realize it was from sciatica. Over a few months of physical therapy my back pain has now been gone for two weeks when it used to be there constantly. I had never been to physical therapy before and I’m very thankful this place and the people there were my first experience. I’d leave physical therapy not only feeling good physically but also mentally too. Everyone that works there has a good time with each other and all the clients. There are always people laughing and joking with each other. Thank you everyone for giving me a great experience!

I really felt like my full recovery was top priority. I was challenged everyday and was able to overcome all obstacles while having the support of the Benchmark- Mableton team. They are amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone seeking to regain strength and stability after an injury. The road to recovery is never easy but Benchmark PT will make you want to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Due to the reasons for being prescribed physical therapy, I was somewhat doubtful it would aid in my recovery. My concerns were quickly assuaged as they were familiar with my uncommon diagnosis, and had a plan in place that worked. The staff is personable and engaging and focuses on your healing and getting you well. Highly recommend.

I’ve recently starting working with Alexa at the Mableton location and it has been the best experience. I’m an ex-athlete and I love the way Alexa and staff are very attentive to my physical issues and finding a solution. Always a warm welcome walking in the facility by office coordinators and therapist. Hands down the best Benchmark in the Atlanta area.

Alexa is the best within a couple weeks I noticed a difference. She puts in a lot of effort and makes you feel at home. I recommend Alexa to anyone.
