Sherrell is the manager at this location, and every time I have interacted with her -- from first moving in to making changes to the storage unit / account -- she has been patient, professional, and helpful. Access hours are long making it possible to move after work or on the weekends. A great experience at this CubeSmart location. Thank you!

I needed a storage last minute and was able to helped extremely fast! When I applied online I received a phone call in a timely manner to check in if I was good, it was best for me to come in when I came in to fill out my lease I was helped by Cherrell and not only was she friendly and warm but she was honest about what storage would be best for me. The entire process was exactly what I needed it to be in these stressful times. Thank you Cherrell for a smooth and warm experience!
So far so good! I haven’t moved my things in yet, but so far the customer service has been great. Cherrell is very sweet, helpful, and informative. She has made my experience seamless so far! Also, when seeing the facility, everything was very clean.
