Staff was great! Prices have gone up since last visit a few years back but my little one had a great experience getting her ears pierced!

Like many customers who have experienced manipulation and being lied to in order for the sale associate to make a sale, it also happened to me. I was out purchasing some gifts for family members and I had bought a ring and bracelet. I knew I wanted to purchase the ring for sure but I was unsure about the bracelet. The gentleman turned around and spoke with his “manager” and then told me the bracelet was actually “discounted” and they were able to give me the price of $25 instead of the original price for $120. I don’t know why I believed him at the time but I was so excited that I said yes and went with the transaction. I didn’t bother looking at the receipt although I was hesitant on why my total was high if there was a “discounted” item. I thought since I had purchased a warranty, that may have been the reason. I looked at my receipt later that evening and realized the bracelet was ACTUALLY still $120. These people will say and do anything for you to purchase their jewelry. I am ashamed that even the MANAGER was in on it. Save your money and take your business elsewhere. These people and this place is a joke.

Was in the mall yesterday, looking for a bracelet for my granddaughter, The sale lady Kenya was very helpful and knowledgeable about the jewelry, I will be returning looking for her and her EXPERTISE.nSales people today don't take the time to answer all of your questions as this young lady did.nThank you

Don't purchase from this company! Sales does not back there products and if the item gets discontinued. You will be told to be to sad find a new item.nnTerrible! I'd never buy anything else from them or Zales.
