Terrible Customer Service. My Wedding ring set lost 4 stones within a month of owning it. I keep having to pay to take it back to replace stones even though they lied when I purchased it & said replacement is free. About to trade it for a chain for my husband just so it doesn’t keep costing money. Workers can’t keep stories straight on how much it cost to replace. They say the stones are free you just pay for labor but they make up their own prices. Tacky.

I’ve bought in store, good deals... try to shop online and the website is worse than a bootleg music computer app with the redirects, viruses, pop-ups, etc. It’s absolutely insane that you expect future customers to trust their card info on a website with several viruses. It’s cyber Monday, can’t function.
Horrible customer service by far the worst. Will not do as they say nor communicate at all once they have your merchandise. I have been waiting several weeks for communicate for something that was supposed to be extremely easy. I had an appointment with one person and ended up with another person. Just overall a bad experience. Choose another jewelry store who will value customer service and communication!!!!
