Go to place for classic style. Pieces stand the test of time and surpass trends. Comfort and style when you are at work, evening, special occasion, travel or play. Jewelry that adds that certain pizzazz to your outfit.

Was greeted by someone not sure if employee or another customer. Never asked if we needed help, saw two employees standing at register just talking away as we were walking the store along with other customers. Definitely not considered with helping customers. Left without being acknowledged again. Will not be going back, disappointing since this is a store I like to store in.

I love their clothes but there was a very rude older lady that was assisting my friend and I. My friend who is about 70 was helping me shop. This lady was so rude I almost walked out. She also argued with us about what was blue and what was black. I did buy clothes but I will never go back to the Smyrna Chico’s.

I buy gifts for my mom and aunts here. The staff are always nice and helpful. They also gift wrap for free which makes it a super easy stop. They always love the jewerly from here.
