I popped in to buy a handbag and the two ladies working there were so kind and lovely! Angela was especially helpful and professional. She even went out of her way to send me a follow up note in the mail. I'm a huge fan of hand written cards and letters, so this gesture really touched me. I have always been impressed with the Michael Kors' customer service, but this was definitely the cherry on top. Loyal customer for life!

Poor customer service! There were 2 employees working. One refused to resize my watch because there were 2 other people waiting. After informing her that I didn't live on the area she still was not helpful. I took my watch to Macy's and received excellent service.
