I specifically like this Helzberg store a lot because it’s VERY clean and it’s in a great location in the mall. It’s also close to one of the entrances.nnThe store is a bit smaller than the one at Perimeter. I believe there aren’t as many staff members there due to the pandemic and to limit occupancy. Sometimes, there is a bit of a wait because of that.nnOther than that, I had a comfortable and positive experience! Miles was so kind and meticulous! At other jewelry stores, I’ve encountered some very aggressive salespeople who try to sell you everything in their store. However, Miles wasn’t like that at all; he was very professional and accommodating.nn10/10 recommend this place if you need to visit a Helzberg store!

I went inside to look for a necklace and was greeted by San. She not only showed me different options & was extremely professional, she was kind and helped me find earrings! If you’re ever at Cumberland ask for San. She is awesome !

This was a wonderful experience for me. They were clean, safe, and the customer service was impeccable! We worked with San Singleton, and she was patient and knowledgeable. They have my business for life.

Highly disappointed in this stores and company’s policies. I was told that I didn’t need to bring my inspection card in because of the pandemic. Complete lies, they tell you that so you won’t keep up with your card...come to find out you do need the card in order to keep the warrant. They should keep up with this information electronically. It’s 2020, and it’s very hard to keep up with a little paper card. I’ve purchased four rings from this company and won’t be making another purchase again! Highly upset!!
