I went to Cumberland based on great reviews and also had a recommendation to ask for Todd. He is kind, patient and very knowledgeable in his craft. He helped me find perfect diamond that fit all of my needs and requirements and learned a few things along the day. Highly recommend!

While helping someone out, my ring got caught on something. It bent completely out of shape, and a couple of the small stones fell out. While the ring itself was nothing too fancy, it held sentimental value. Cumberland Diamond Exchange popped up in my search for jewelers in the area, and they had great reviews. I can totally see why! I'm seriously in awe with my ring! They did a phenomenal job, and it looks brand new! The staff was super nice and helpful, and the cost to fix the ring was very reasonable. My husband and I decided that it was time to buy a new setting and wedding ring this year. He originally bought my ring at Cumberland Diamond Exchange back in 1999 and had a wonderful experience so we didn’t even think twice about going back there for this purchase. Todd took great care of us and was so patient with our questions and the length of the process as we are very particular and thorough. He makes you feel like you are part of their family. We had a wonderful experience, the customer service all around is impeccable and the prices cannot be beat. I highly recommend them!
