I absolutely will not rent vehicles elsewhere. Issac and his counterpart are wonderful! They provide quality service and every interaction that I have with them is always professional, timely and caring!! They make sure I am satisfied with the product and service! They are truly great at what they do and as I said this is the only Avis location i will rent vehicles! Thank you Issac and Ms. Lady! You two are excellent! Sincerely, Tamala C.

I do not recommend Avis at all. Prior to booking I called a representative asking for details and what I needed. I eft Boston flew to Atlanta and was told I couldn't use a debit card and they still charged be 193.26 out of my DEBIT CARD. Mind you they don't take debit cards. The staff is not knowledgeable and should not confirm a statement that is not true. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

If I could give negative stars I wouldn't hesitate to give it to this company. I've wasted half a day being told that I could pick up cars at different locations only to be told upon arrival that there are no cars. Customer Service is shoddy. Employees aren't knowledgeable or empowered enough to make good business decisions. Whatever you do, save yourself wasted time, energy and money by booking with some other Car Rental Agency. At least Enterprise's systems are sophisticated enough to keep you from making a blank trip. Mark my words. DON'T DO IT. Spend your money somewhere that customers and their time have even the slightest value. I'd be ashamed to be employed here.

Fastest car rental I’ve ever experienced. I booked and paid online and had no issues picking up the vehicle. I am still waiting for my pending deposit to be released but other than that all went well
