Very good experience the lady was friendly and helpful and I found exactly what I wanted
If I could give 0 starts I would. Called this place from another store, because they said this location showed a size 11 men's court vision (white with a red check). When I called to ask to put this shoe on hold they proceeded to say they didn't have this shoe at all... Knowing they didn't even seem to check, I went to the other side of town to this location and low and behold I found the 11 as well as a size 12. Just lazy and poor customer service!
Great customer service! The only reason I’m not giving this store 5 stars is because I wish the store’s selection for men’s dress shoe sizes was better. I went in looking for men’s size 17 dress shoes for a family funeral. After having my son sized, we established that he could actually wear a size 15 or 16, depending on how the shoe is made.nChanda and Precious were kind, courteous and went to great lengths to try to help me find a happy resolution! My husband ended up finding a pair online that should ship in time, but I could not thank them enough for helping me find a back up pair of black athletic shoes, just in case our shipment does not arrive in time! I will definitely visit this store again!
Shonda and Andera were excellent helping me with my selection. They were enthusiastic and helped me get my shoes and paid in less than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend coming to see these two!
