I honestly think it is super efficient. It is only crowded where you have to wait right after class times, but any other post office there is a line too. It is efficient with two separate lines for packages and letter mail. And yes, the staff is SUPER nice and always have a smile even when it’s busy. Very efficient how they email you when you have a package. I recommend taking advantage of amazon lockers if you can because it will make it less busy and you can get your package anytime you want. It would help everything run more smoothly.

Staff do the best they can, but a 2nd location is desperately needed. Long lines are an all to common occurrence

While inefficient the Scad Mail center does an adequate job at supplying mail for the university. If anything I'd suggest they expand or add a second location
