Had to wait a little longer than I would have liked but was very happy with the quality of the pizza I received.

I don’t usually like to bad mouth establishments but this particular location is unreal. I understand delivery places get crazy but it should not take 3 hours for two salads to get delivered somewhere a mile away. I put an online order in at 11:15 with delivery set for 12:00. It did not come until 1:00 and didn’t have the chips we ordered and after the driver left I realize the salad dressing is not in the bag either. After a call to the store the manager tells me the driver will bring it with the chips but it will take a while because they have more deliveries. Finally at 2:30 I get chips and dressing and can eat my warm salad. They did reimburse one salad for making me wait but that is the least they could do in my opinion. This is also not the first time I’ve waited longer than an hour and a half for this particular location to deliver...I should have learned my lesson the first time but you can’t ALWAYS fault delivery places for being late so thought I would give it another try. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this Franklin location again unfortunately.

It's not hard to figure out why papa Gino's had to close so many stores. I'm not sure how this one survived on sub par service. Ordered a salad online, where specifically asked for double cheese (which they charge extra for). I get the salad and there is absolutely no cheese on it. Not to mention the lettuce looks old.
