I really loved this place friendly staff good prices. I've had my washer and dryer for about 3 months no problems. I highly recommend this place if you need a home a appliance. They have washers, dryers, fridges, and dish washers.
Spent over $300 on a washing machine yesterday. Got it home, it washed clothes but made a horrible metal on metal scrubbing noise. Loaded it back up and brought it back. They have no other washers that are even comparable yet will not issue a refund to me. Clerk told me specifically it had been refurbished and tested which was obviously a lie. I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. Bad business to sell faulty machines and not to issue full refund. We were only in possession of the washing machine for 10 hours. A full refund should be offered for at least 24 hours. BUYER BEWARE!!!
Went to get an appliance, got what I needed. Good quality, nice people, well staffed, down to earth. I hope to return when I need something else, to reward them for their good business. Went looking for a French door stainless refrigerator with ice maker. Got a brand new Frigidaire with ice AND water dispenser for $1000 less than Lowes. Awesome salespeople. We'll be going back for a washer and dryer soon
I purchased a Whirlpool washer & dryer here Oct 2020 and I felt the price was reasonable, especially to include delivery and 30 day warranty. The delivery was fast and smooth. After a week or two, I noticed a leak coming from the washer. I called them and they arranged someone to come out and fix it and explained the problem to me. It's now fixed up and working fine! I appreciated how easy it was to get in touch with them.
