This morning with a minor question Carissa came to the rescue and explained the entire situation in clear terms. She is friendly knowledgeable and extremely competent. I’m so happy that Station 117 has her in the leasing office.nI have Been a resident in building 121 for four weeks now and I love every minute that I live there and call it home.

The staff at Station117 are all amazing. As a new resident, I feel very welcomed and supported! It’s very family and dog friendly and the amenities are great.

Station 117 has been nothing short of great, both before and after I moved in. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the apartment, amenities, and clubhouse. The dog park and dog wash is great - my dog actually likes baths now. You can easily tell that a lot of thought went into the design and selections for everything. Carissa and the rest of the folks in the office have been super nice and unbelievably willing to go out of their way to make my time at Station 117 a great experience so far. Even with covid-19, they've been able to think out-of-the-box on how to safely interface with residents with events like Zoom Bingo and a prepackaged grab-and-go bagel event (complete with bagel dog treats). They even made my maintenance request a great experience - less than 24 hour turnaround time, and they worked around my work schedule to be the most accommodating.

Carissa is so helpful. I love my apt. it is bright and homey. I had an issue and it was attended to immediately. The gym is great I love it.

Carissa in the office has been nothing short of incredible!!! She made finding our new home the smoothest transition imaginable. The home takes into account everything you need and all that you want. My family and I are beyond excited to join our new community in our new home!!!!!!
