I have been into the store multiple times I shop here frequently there’s always three smiling faces I finally got there names Katie, Meagan, and Hannah. They’re very helpful and all very sweet. They really know how to make you feel welcome.

3 employees in the store and no one wants to help you... I went to make a return and had my receipt. I did not have the credit card used as the bank replaced it due to fraud usage on my card. So the Manager would not give me a refund of any kind. The store Manager began to explain the store was under investigation.... SO BE CAREFUL MAKING A PURCHASE HERE!!

Fantastic group of ladies! Very helpful and very sweet! Got my daughters ears pierced and they sold me a beautiful diamond!!!!! Love this cute little shop!!!

After my purchase at Clairs my credit card was hacked. I get my new credit card. Then go to make a return with receipt. They will not give me a return of any kind.....
