My hot water tank gave up the ghost. I called G&C. They came & diagnosed the issue same day. The next day I had a few additional questions about the recommended new tank. After explaining my concerns to Patty, the office manager, she had Greg, the owner, call me after his business hours. Greg answered all my questions & he had his team of Chris G & Tony at my home the next morning to properly install my new tank. (The previous tank had not been correctly installed.) I had my hot water restored. Chris even took the extra step to check all the plumbing in my basement and he tightened a leaky exterior faucet connection. G&C was quick to respond & their work is A+. I highly recommend G&C for your plumbing needs. They are punctual, professional & they go that extra mile. I am extremely grateful that during a cold snap & a pandemic, G&C went out of their way to get my hot water flowing again. Thank you Patty, Casey & Chris M, Chris G & Tony, Tayla & Greg. G&C were very responsive and the team of Casey and Chris Moulton were both great in the installation but even more so in explaining what they were doing and outlining how our new boiler would work. Very long day for them but they were just as professional, nice, and helpful at the end of that long day as they were at the beginning. Highly recommend G&C. They are top quality. Also to note we have been using them since early 2000's including remodeling 2 bathrooms and many other plumbing needs and have never been anything but ecstatic about their work.

Chris Barry and his apprentice Tony came to repipe / replace pipes in my basement. They did a fantastic job! From scheduling with G&C to job completion the entire process was smooth, pleasant and professional. They were reasonable and upfront with their prices. Chris was kind and knowledgeable and Tony was sweet, eager to learn and grow professionally. They cleaned up and left everything neat when they finished! Highly recommended.

Brandon and Jimmy were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and got straight to work. They had my new kitchen faucet installed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend. The G & C team were very responsive from the initial inquiry to the actual installation. Very pleased with the service I received.
