We have used Victory a few times in the past. Most recently our boiler has been acting up and we needed someone to come take a look. They responded quickly and cleared a day to get the work done when they found out that my family and I are going through a medical crisis. It was an amazing gesture that is greatly appreciated.nnTheir service was impeccable and the extra care that they took to see that our needs were addressed phenomenal. I would advise anyone to use their service.
I was very pleased with the service that was provided to me. Andrew was very thorough. He also took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and showed me where those parts were on the boiler. I would definitely recommend this company.
This was my first experience with Victory. I had used another HVAC maintenance firm but their annual fees doubled. So I shopped around for price and a similar maintenance contract. Victory's contract was half the price for the same service items.I switched and was totally satisfied. The Tech was very professional, courteous and informative. I made the right choice going with Victory.
We moved into a house over the winter in 2020 and when we went to start our AC recently this summer we realized that the condenser was broken and we needed a new condenser and coils. I called a few places for quotes and Victory's quote was pretty much the same as other company's prices, but they use Bryant brand products which get great reviews. The person from Victory who came out to look at what the issues were and quote what work we would need done was very knowledgeable and friendly so I decided to go with them. They did a great job, and everyone working was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. The new AC works great and the install work looks great. I'll definitely call Victory again for any future HVAC work and maintenance and would recommend them to anyone.
Andrew S. was the most professional HVAC technician we've had to the house - and he is the fifth this week. He thoroughly and patiently explained our AC problem ( which was multi-tiered and complex) and presented us with options to solve, including helping me weigh the price of each with the likelihood of term or resolution. Honestly, he is the best service technician we have EVER had to the house. HIGHEST recommendation!
