Erin was amazing. Thank you so much for personally and professionally packing and moving our mother. Erin gave us the guidance we needed to prepare and then handled everything beautifully. Walking Mom into her new apartment was incredible. Everything was set up and ready and it was just like coming home.

My realtor gave me the owner's name and we set up an appointment to meet and for me to get a price for my job. We talked and she took notes and sent me a quote later that day. It was the best thing I could have done hiring Erin !! She knew there was a lot to do to get ready to empty a house of 42yrs. On the first day she arrived right on time and we worked side by side decluttering, packing. dumping, and donating. I could never have accomplished all the work involved without her. She is a kind and caring person who became my friend. Her men who do the moving are hard working ,friendly ,and extremely careful handling your precious belongings. The first time I used them, they were great. This move was a disaster. Shipment was 9 days late and they didn't bother to tell me the driver broke down. Poor communication. The outbound crew didn't seal my totes with tape. They broke and in some cases my clothes were ruined. Think twice.

Rainbow Movers were fantastic. Erin coordinated my mother's move to assisted living and was friendly and helpful. She responded to me quickly with a fair estimate. The truck showed up exactly when expected and Sam and John got to work immediately and efficiently packed and loaded everything. We had art work that needed special packing for storage and they did a fantastic job. Sam did an amazing job keeping everything going smoothly. I highly recommend this company, they are very professional and treated my mother's belongings like they were there own.
